Amit Mittal is a purpose-driven leader with over 25 years of rich, cross-sector experience in business growth, skilling, and large-scale operational excellence. As the founder of Ananta Mitra Foundation, his journey is rooted in one transformative belief: skills are the currency of dignity and the engine of inclusive development.
Amit has played a pivotal role in empowering mid to large-scale enterprises - helping them scale sustainably by designing systems where people, performance, and purpose align. His expertise lies in developing future-ready talent, turning under-resourced teams into high-performing units, and crafting organizational blueprints that fuel both social upliftment and business competitiveness.
